An 81 year old man was shot and killed by his self-made robot. The killer robot used a .22 caliber semi automatic pistol and fired several shots.

Its so often in our lives that we realize we are not good at things. We find that we need a little help. We decide that we need to swallow our pride. So we build an unmanned robotic laser guidence system on an anti aircraft gun and it ends up “accidentally” killing 9 people and wounding 14. Oops.
